    No amount of doing all,these things has not made any difference to the hot flushes, which are the only symptom I have experienced. It has been going on for over twenty years! I use an ordinary hand held fan, and where layers of clothing so that I can strip off. The horrible part of the hot flushes is the feeling of anxiety when one is building up. This is a physical feeling of something terrible is going to happen. Which indicates to me that it is hormonal. And has something to do with adrenaline. Also just recently I have only been getting one a day and it is always between 8 and 9 in the evening. I have looked at my daily patterning, diet, caffein, but I haven’t a clue what it is.
